Return Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality services and solutions for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If this is the case, we are happy to provide you with a return or exchange in accordance with the following policy.

Our policy lasts 3 days after products are received. If 9 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, you must provide us with significant evidence of why the product is not how it was described. This may include photographs, videos, or detailed written descriptions of the issue.

Once we receive your return request, we will investigate the matter thoroughly. This may take up to 6 business days. If we determine that the product does not meet the description, we will issue a refund, exchange, or site credit.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we determine that the product was used or damaged after it was received, or if it was damaged due to misuse or abuse.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in your initial form of payment. Refund time will vary depending on the payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when you submit your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
